Private Events

We have event packages here at Grit for anything from a small group party to a large scale corporate event! Take a look below for our class options for groups. For full studio rentals/filming options, please contact us here!

Wheel Throwing (up to 12 people)

In these two-hour classes, students are led by an instructor to create two pieces on the potter's wheel. Due to the level of focus required when working on the wheel, we do not recommend this class for those seeking a relaxed activity where participants can chat with one another. 

Pricing

  • $70 per person, 6-12 people 

  • Groups over 8 people require an extra instructor, we charge an additional $50 fee to cover bringing an extra instructor in

Cost for additional time (for eating, drinking, setup, and takedown of decor)

  • 1-8 people $50 per hour

  • 8-12 people $100 per hour

Handbuilding (up to 30 people)

Handbuilding classes are more relaxed, customizable, and can accommodate more people. These 2 or 3-hour classes are built around a specific project in mind. 

Two-hour projects- Mugs, small dishes, charms

Three-hour projects- Wall altar, tealight house, planters
